Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales channel services such as agents and travel agencies in Indonesia;
2. Responsible for the collection and organization of various marketing data in the sales department;
3. Responsible for group customer development and daily maintenance work;
4. Responsible for external marketing activities;
5. Responsible for assisting customers in ticket issuance, refund and change business;
6. Responsible for product development and maintenance originating from Indonesia;
7. Assist the sales manager in sales management work;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
