Job summary

The role requires more than 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector, strong leadership and technical skills in equipment like pumps and turbines. The position involves managing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with service standards, and achieving financial KPIs. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of extensive sales and service experience in rotating equipment, preferably in Oil & Gas, Geothermal, or Power Generation industries.
• Hands-on technical knowledge in relevant equipment.
• Capable of performing sales & marketing activities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Marketing workshop services and securing sales orders for related rotating equipment services.
• Leading the service team comprising engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Ensuring work quality, maintaining consistent service standards according to API, and ensuring compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
• Establishing a good customer and client relationship by coordinating with customers for smooth service delivery, managing customer expectations, promoting services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Managing the workshop budget, controlling resource usage and achieving the KPI of profit and loss (P&L) for the workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Extensive sales and service background (minimum 10 years) in rotating equipment, preferably in Oil & Gas (Upstream, Petrochemical, Refineries), Geothermal, Power Generation industries.
• Technical Skills: Hands‑on and good technical knowledge in pumps, compressors, steam/gas turbines, and electric motors.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and project management.
• Independence: Capable of performing sales & marketing activities throughout the country with minimum supervision.
