A digital performance company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a WebCommerce & Digital Performance Supervisor to manage Shopify operations and execute marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, and SEO expertise. Leadership experience is also required. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team and enhance digital commerce strategies.
Manage Shopify WebCommerce operations: product setup, navigation, collections, and onsite UX.
Oversee and troubleshoot all Shopify integrations (payment, shipping, CRM, analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tags, third‑party apps).
Ensure accurate GA4 tracking for events, e‑commerce behavior, and conversion funnels.
Monitor site performance and coordinate improvements with the Web Developer.
Implement CRO strategies using data from GA4 and behavior analytics tools.
Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns (promotion plans, thematic campaigns, and product pushes).
Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads (SEM), retargeting, and full‑funnel campaign strategies.
Analyze performance and create integrated reports using GA4, Ads Manager, and Shopify Analytics.
Coordinate product push strategy for each campaign based on margin, demand, stock, and seasonality.
Determine monthly product pricing based on competitor analysis, sales performance, demand trends, and marketing goals.
Collaborate with management and finance to ensure pricing aligns with revenue targets and margin structure.
Evaluate price elasticity and performance to optimize profitability and conversion.
Conduct keyword research and implement on‑page and technical SEO enhancements.
Improve organic traffic and search ranking using GA4, Search Console, and SEO best practices.
Lead and supervise 1 Web Developer (task management, timelines, QA).
Work with design, content, and marketing teams for campaign assets and product launches.
Deliver weekly performance dashboards covering traffic, funnels, ads, conversion rate, and revenue impact.
2–4 years experience in WebCommerce, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
Hands‑on experience managing Shopify WebCommerce operations.
Strong understanding of Shopify integrations and analytics setup.
Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4):
Skilled in Meta Ads & Google Ads (SEM).
Proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Ability to analyze pricing data and set competitive monthly pricing.
Solid knowledge of SEO (on‑page & technical).
Analytical mindset with experience reading data from GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Ads Manager.
Leadership experience managing at least 1 person.
Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Lucky Orange, VWO).
Basic HTML/CSS for Shopify theme adjustments.
Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
