Job summary

• Execute parts receiving process at warehouse, including unloading and article checking.
• Maintain parts stock accuracy through daily and annual stock takes.
• Handle parts shipping processes, ensuring safe and proper delivery.
• Perform warehouse specific tasks like hose fabrication and parts kitting.
• Manage tools store processes including maintenance and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing parts receiving process at warehouse, e.g., unloading containers, unstuffing boxes, article checking, claim discrepancies / PSDN, GR in system, and put away parts in location, in accordance with standard time and procedures to en -
• Responsible for executing parts stock maintenance process at warehouse, e.g., daily stock take (DST), annual stock take (AST), Contamination Control program, parts disposal, PRA as per guidelines to ensure parts record accuracy, between actual and system,
• Responsible for executing parts shipping process at warehouse, e.g., picking, packing, preparing shipping document, delivering or handover parts, in accordance with standard time and procedures to ensure all outbound parts are handled safely, properly and
• Responsible for executing Warehouse specific task, e.g., hose fabrication, parts kitting, parts WIP accordance with branch specific capability, to ensure branch capabilities are utilized to fulfill business requirement.
• Responsible for executing tools store process, e.g., borrowing and returning tools by technician, tools maintenance and calibration, tools usage and condition report in accordance with standard time and procedures to ensure all tools are available, ready
