This senior HR leadership role provides strategic oversight and operational guidance across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring that HR initiatives align with both regional and organizational objectives. The VP will partner closely with executive leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and inclusion initiatives across culturally diverse and highly regulated markets. This role is responsible for leading regional HR teams, shaping workforce plans, and fostering employee engagement, while supporting leaders in navigating complex, multi-country HR challenges. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence cross-border people strategies, drive organizational change, and implement programs that enhance employee experience, leadership development, and overall business performance.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Provide strategic HR leadership across EMEA, partnering with C-level and functional leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement regional workforce plans, succession strategies, and talent management programs.
  • Lead local HR teams across multiple countries, ensuring consistency and adherence to global standards.
  • Drive multi-country talent management, including performance management, career progression, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging strategies adapted to diverse cultural and regulatory contexts.
  • Support organizational design, change initiatives, and business transformation across the region.
  • Oversee implementation of HR programs, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and DE&I initiatives.
  • Monitor regional HR effectiveness through metrics and analytics to inform continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • Extensive international HR experience with multi-country/regional operations.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to translate corporate goals into HR initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in employment law, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in workforce analytics to guide HR decisions.
  • Cultural intelligence and ability to lead effectively across diverse, cross-border environments.
  • University degree in Business, HR, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, HCI) preferred.
  • Excellent command of English; fluency in additional European languages such as Spanish or French is desirable.
