Equities, Management Consultancy / Bus Improvement
Reporting to our Asia Head of Content, you will lead the development and execution of client strategy across our institutional equities business in the region, transforming data and market insights into actionable account plans that deepen relationships and drive revenue growth. You will design and implement frameworks for client segmentation, resource allocation and engagement, leveraging analytics to optimise commercial outcome.
Partnering closely with sales, research, execution and control functions, you will align priorities, foster cross-product collaboration and deliver exceptional client experiences. As a champion of continuous improvement, you will ensure data integrity, drive automation and implement optimisation initiatives that position our franchise for sustainable growth.
