Villa Project Manager (Bali), Join Us at Naga Ganda:

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will take over at a key stage of our build. The foundation has already been laid, and we are now moving into the second floor and roof construction. From here, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the remaining phases of the project and ensuring everything is completed to the highest standard, on time, and with care. You will be the key point of contact between the owners, contractors, and partners, ensuring that the project is managed with integrity, efficiency, and creativity.

This role requires someone who knows the nuances of building in Bali: negotiating pricing, navigating permits, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality standards while respecting local traditions and sustainability practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage phases of villa construction in Bali
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers and contractors
• Coordinate with designers, contractor, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality of work
• Report regularly to owners with transparency and clear communication
• Solve challenges quickly and proactively while maintaining trust and integrity

Requirements

• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience managing villa builds in Bali
• Strong network and local knowledge of Bali’s building ecosystem
• Track record of successful project completions with references (3 required)
• Negotiation skills and ability to source materials at fair pricing
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Respectful, transparent, and able to work closely with the owners as partners
