Villa Project Manager (Bali), Join Us at Naga Ganda:
Inspired by the symbolism of double dragons and rooted in our Asian diasporic heritage, we are creating a family home and creative space in Bali with intention, care, and deep respect for culture, community, and the environment.
This is not a get rich quick scheme. Instead, we believe in building consciously and responsibly, guided by values of transparency, respect for nature, and fair collaboration. We are looking for a trustworthy, passionate, and experienced Villa Project Manager to join us on this journey and grow alongside us.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take over at a key stage of our build. The foundation has already been laid, and we are now moving into the second floor and roof construction. From here, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the remaining phases of the project and ensuring everything is completed to the highest standard, on time, and with care. You will be the key point of contact between the owners, contractors, and partners, ensuring that the project is managed with integrity, efficiency, and creativity.
This role requires someone who knows the nuances of building in Bali: negotiating pricing, navigating permits, coordinating teams, and ensuring high-quality standards while respecting local traditions and sustainability practices.
At Naga Ganda, we see this as more than a build. It is a family journey, one rooted in responsibility, care, and creativity. If you are someone who shares these values and has the expertise to bring a vision to life, we would love to hear from you.
Application questions (salary expectations, languages, notice period, travel availability) will be covered during the interview process.
