We are seeking a professional and experienced Villa Manager to oversee the full operations of a private luxury villa in Ubud. This is a dedicated position, exclusively assigned to one villa only, with no responsibility for other properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily villa operations in accordance with luxury hospitality standards
• Supervise and coordinate all villa staff (housekeeping, gardener, maintenance, security if applicable)
• Ensure consistent quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Handle guest check-in / check-out and maintain high-level guest relations
• Coordinate technical issues and preventive maintenance
• Manage inventory, operational supplies, and small operational budgets
• Prepare regular operational reports and communicate effectively with the property owner

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Villa Manager or in a senior hospitality role
• Background in luxury hospitality, private villas, or high-end hotels preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Fluent in Indonesian; good command of English required
• Able to work independently with a proactive and service-oriented mindset
• Based in Ubud or willing to relocate nearby
