UI/UX Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in digital products or startups).
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD) principles and Design Thinking.
• Experienced in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems.
• Knowledge of UX Research methods: user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experienced in collaborating with developers and product owners.
