On behalf of our client, a leading and well‑established tour and travel company, we are currently seeking a Tour/Travel Manager to be based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, service quality management, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
