Job Description

Trade Marketing Manager will oversee and lead the marketing activities for multiple brands within our portfolio. This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, planning and executing trade activations, managing merchandising strategies, and collaborating closely with sales and key accounts to ensure alignment with brand objectives and sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in event planning, brand management, and trade execution, with a strong ability to translate brand strategies into actionable retail programs that influence consumer purchase behavior and drive growth.

Main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead the trade marketing efforts for multiple brands, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels adhering to brand guidelines to maintain consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across trade touchpoints.
  • Design and execute trade marketing plans and campaigns tailored to all partners / channels.
  • Manage trade promotions and in-store visibility to increase brand presence and consumer engagement.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of merchandising materials.
  • Ensure effective merchandising execution in key outlets and monitor compliance with brand standards.
  • Plan and manage brand events, product launches, and experiential activations that align with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact events and activations.
  • Drive trade activation initiatives in line with marketing and sales strategies.
  • Support the sales team with promotional tools, training, and campaigns that drive sell-in and sell-out performance.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Accounts, and Supply Chain teams to align on plans and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver high-quality output and campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on ROI, trade campaign effectiveness, and competitor analysis to inform future strategy
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven track record of at least 10+ years of experiences in in trade marketing, brand management, or account management in consumer goods, or related. Highly advantageous if experiences handling lifestyle wearables in premium to luxury categories.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments including channel, consumer or shopper behaviours.
  • Strong experiences in trade or retail marketing, driving brand visibility, collaborate with principals/brands and sales team, merchandising strategies.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing brand activations and events.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
