Job description

Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue generation for the Convention Center.

Identify and target potential tenants, including event organizers, exhibitors, corporate clients.

Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and other contractual terms with prospective tenants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.

Coordinate LOO, make reports, IM, standardize rental policies, and make offers to prospective tenants. Create and analyze various lease reports for the leader.

Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, revenue forecasts, and tenant satisfaction levels for senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with proven track record in leasing and property management, preferably in the MICE or commercial real estate industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable leasing agreements and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants, industry professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities, evaluate tenant requirements, and make informed leasing decisions.
