A leading technology company in Indonesia is seeking a skilled telesales supervisor to lead a team and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, and 3–5 years of experience in telesales, with strong skills in leadership and sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM systems and the financial services industry is preferred. This role requires excellent communication, the ability to work under pressure, and a disciplined approach to team performance.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major; Management, Marketing, or Business preferred).
At least 3–5 years of experience in telesales/call center, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in the financial services/banking industry (including multifinance or insurance) is preferred.
Proven ability to lead a telesales team and consistently achieve sales targets.
Strong understanding of telesales strategies, sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques.
Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, sales achievement).
Skilled in coaching, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with CRM systems, call center tools, and sales reporting.
Able to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
Disciplined, firm, and demonstrates high integrity.
