Overview

Problem-solve technical issue (MEP & HVAC).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute scheduled inspection and maintenance HVAC each room
• Handle STP system
• Finish projects on time and within budget
• Communicate with co-workers

Requirements

• Minimal Bachelor degree (S1) in engineering field (Mechanical/HVAC/others related)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Hospital/Hotel/Apartment building/Property Management/Office tower (is a must)
• Experience in HVAC, Technical & Electric Process
• Able to use AutoCAD is a plus
• Attitude to eagerly and curiously learn new knowledge
• Strong analytical thinking both qualitative & quantitative and problem solving
