We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager to support our operations Manager in overseeing nationwide HVAC technical service activities and ensuring high-quality delivery to our clients.

South Jakarta (Head Office)
Approx. 75% office-based, 25% site visits across Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage teams of HVAC Technicians
- Plan and supervise preventive & corrective maintenance activities for but not limited to Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, AHUs, and related mechanical equipment
- Provide strong technical expertise and troubleshooting guidance for HVAC systems
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and service partners
- Develop and implement procedures, policies, and best practices for service operations
- Provide technical support to users and customers when escalations occur
- Review, validate, and finalize service reports before submission to clients
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and signed by the relevant parties
- Consistently deliver internal “Management Expectations” across all operational areas
- Take ownership of service team performance, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are achieved
- Provide administrative support and assist with project-related tasks when required
- Maintain high availability and responsiveness to support field teams remotely
- Maintain direct communication with clients, including daily operational coordination, issue escalation, and service follow-up
- Act as the main point of contact for client operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and strong customer satisfaction
Education, Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent Business English (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory/managerial technical service role with proven performance improvement achievements
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams, tasks, and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and service quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Data Centers and advanced HVAC Chiller systems is a strong advantage
