A global leader in specialty ingredients is seeking a Technical Sales Manager in Bogor, Indonesia. This role involves driving business growth through customer relationship management and technical sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food science, with at least 7 years of experience in the bakery and confectionery segments. Proficient communication in English and local language is essential for success in this position, with significant autonomy and a focus on customer needs.

Your ability to network with key decision-makers and understand customers’ unique buying cycles will be crucial to driving success.
In collaboration with the Leadership team, provide strategic directions for Kemin Food Technologies Asia to achieve the business unit leading and lagging indicators. Additional responsibilities may be discussed based on specific business needs and priorities.
This position reports to the Sales Director, Kemin Food Technologies APAC. It is a “hands-on” position with significant autonomy, breadth, and flexibility to exceed expectations.
The position will operate ideally from a Kemin office and is expected to spend ~50% travelling on customer meetings and plant trials. The position is considered 40 hours per week and requires tremendous flexibility as a customer-facing role.
