About the role

Join PT Volcano Tec Indonesia, a dynamic manufacturing company, as a Technical Operations professional. In this full‑time role based in South Cikarang West Java, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our state‑of‑the‑art facilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day‑to‑day technical operations of our production facilities.
• Implement and monitor preventative and corrective maintenance programs to maximise uptime and minimise disruptions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to enhance processes and drive operational excellence.
• Provide technical guidance and support to operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative technologies and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 2+ years in a technical operations or engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Preferably experience in the field of printing and labels; experience in silk screen printing or dies cutting is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficient in the use of CAD, AI Design.
• Able to read drawings and understand colour combinations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Able to speak English.
