A leading company in animal health is searching for a dynamic individual to lead its Companion Animals business in Indonesia. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales budgets, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. A degree in Veterinary and at least 3 years of experience in Technical & Sales within the Animal Health industry are required. This role includes significant leadership responsibilities and offers a chance to drive business growth in a diverse and collaborative environment.
Responsible for leading the Companion Animals business in the country in alignment with MSI strategies. Responsible for Technical and Sales of the Companion Animals portfolio and accurate reporting. Together with the MSI direct, develops a country plan to maximize resource utilization (expense budget) and ensures the Distributor's Execution Excellence, targeting of most valuable customers, evaluating new customers, establishing local strategic plans to gain new customers, best-in-class selling, coaching, training practices, optimal Field Force Structure and sizing, required training resources, influencing distributor for an inspiring Incentive Plans development, FF training KPI achievement, Target and Goals setting, and winning Key Account plans. Responsible to meet/exceed sales budgets (value and product mix, productivity, market share development) through the distributors. Responsible for roll-out and embedding of Customer Engagement Excellence programs, processes, tools, strengthening the business position by building a sustainable & key customer focused relationship. Implementation of Marketing Campaigns and feedback to MSI with Market insights and Customer needs. Manages distributors including target settings, follow-ups, monthly meetings, providing inspiring incentive plans for distributor and distributor FF.
