Job summary

Une entreprise internationale de gestion de voyages recherche un(e) Team Leader pour l'expérience des voyageurs à Jakarta. Le candidat idéal est diplômé, possède 3-4 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire et a une bonne connaissance des systèmes de réservation, en particulier GDS. Le poste implique de soutenir l'équipe dans la gestion des requêtes de voyage et la conformité aux politiques de voyage. Skills en communication et en Excel sont essentiels, et une certification IATA est un atout.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in TMC is an advantage.
  • IATA certification is an advantage.

Job Description - Team Leader, Traveler Experience (2500007Z)

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assess, monitor, and drive team work to ensure even distribution of workload.
  2. Support your team(s) in achieving service levels and processing travelers’/travel arrangers’ requests as necessary, considering request volume.
  3. Monitor team members’ activity to ensure travel requirements (from initial enquiry to file completion) comply with travel policy and SLA, covering all aspects including air, accommodation, car, rail, ferry, insurance, visa, and vendor exchanges.
  4. Distribute internal and external communications and vendor updates promptly (e.g., airfares, hotels, cars, GDS).
  5. Ensure traveler services follow CWT standards, including GDS scripts, queues, ID data, etc.
  6. Oversee team rosters with at least four weeks' visibility to maintain adequate staffing.
  7. Monitor activity and workload to identify recruitment needs.
  8. Participate in recruiting new team members and conduct initial interviews promptly.
  9. Ensure company projects are completed within designated timelines.
  10. Support fellow team leaders as required.
  11. Working hours may include weekends and public holidays, which may differ from regular team hours.

Qualifications

Experience & Education
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in TMC is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
  • IATA certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of reservation systems (GDS), preferably Sabre, IATA fares, and ticketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Languages

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
