Job summary

A leading trading card marketplace in Jakarta is seeking a TCG Sales & Community professional. This role involves developing strategies for card sales, engaging with buyers and sellers, and hosting live sessions. About the Role

OCX is building Southeast Asia’s most trusted marketplace for trading cards. We’re looking for a TCG Sales & Community to drive card sales performance, seller success, and buyer conversion on the OCX platform.

This role is both strategic and hands‑on. You’ll decide how cards should be promoted, priced, and positioned to sell faster and better while also being the face of OCX through live sessions, social content, and offline events.

If you understand the TCG market, enjoy being on camera, and know how to move collectors from “interested” to “deal done,” this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Card Growth & Sales Strategy

Develop promotion strategies for listed cards to help them sell faster and at strong market prices.

Advise sellers on pricing, timing, and positioning based on market trends.

Identify high‑potential cards and collections to push through OCX.

Team Direction & Execution

Give clear instructions and posting direction to part‑time community contributors sharing content in TCG groups.

Review performance and guide what content or angle should be pushed next.

Market Research & Insight

Track TCG price movements, demand trends, and collector sentiment.

Share insights with the community to build trust and authority around OCX.

Live Host & Content Talent

Host live sessions (with incentive) to showcase cards, explain value, and drive buying decisions.

Appear as on‑camera talent in OCX social media content (reels, promos, educational videos).

VIP Engagement & Conversion

Build and maintain relationships with VIP sellers and buyers.

Personally engage high‑value users and help convert interest into completed transactions on OCX.

Actively drive buyers to complete purchases via the OCX platform.

Offline Representation & Content Gathering

Represent OCX at offline events, meetups, and partner activities.

Gather raw content, experiences, and testimonials during events and HQ visits.

Help turn real interactions into trust‑building content.

Requirements

Strong understanding of the TCG market, pricing behavior, and collector mindset.

Confident communicator who can influence both sellers and buyers.

Comfortable being on camera, hosting lives, and speaking publicly.

Able to think strategically but also execute daily actions.

Natural leadership skills — able to guide part‑timers and contributors.

Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Willing to be hands‑on, mobile, and present in both online and offline environments.

Nice to Have

Experience selling or managing high‑value trading cards.

Background in community leadership, sales, or marketplace operations.

Existing network of collectors, resellers, or hobby shops.

Experience running live selling or collector events.

Full‑time role.

Compensation

Total potential income: Double‑digit monthly earnings

Performance incentives: Sales, conversion, live hosting, and engagement‑based
