Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly tax compliance from working paper, reconciliation and filing tax return (VAT, WHT Art. 21, 22, 23, 26)
• Prepare annual corporate income tax return (working paper, supporting documents, reconciliation, etc)
• Ensure timely tax payments and filings in accordance with current tax regulations
• Creative & solution oriented of any tax cases related
• Manage and maintain the company’s tax database & Filing
• Assist Tax Manager in tax litigation (SP2DK & Tax Audit) including reconciliation & equalization, supporting document of audit, preparing tax audit response letter, other Ad hoc request related with tax litigation
• Assist tax planning to optimize tax benefit for the company in accordance with current tax regulation
• Coordinate with other departments (Finance, Accounting, HR, Procurement) to obtain and cross check tax implication and related transactions
• Coordinate and communicate with the Tax Office’s Account Representative (AR) regarding tax administration, clarification, and compliance matters
• Support ad-hoc tax projects and management requests

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Tax or related fields
• Have Certification Brevet AB will be an advantage
• 1-2 years working experience as Tax Staff
• Proficiency in analyzing financial data and tax-related information
• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced and exciting working environment.
• Fast Learner and Resilient
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, Coretax, DJP Online, eFaktur, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
