About the Role

Luxfeline Global Technology is searching for a highly capable and knowledgeable Tax & Accounting Specialist to lead our tax compliance, PKP readiness, and financial reporting functions.

This role requires deep understanding of Indonesian taxation systems, strong accounting fundamentals, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

You will play a key role in ensuring our company aligns with Indonesian law, executes accurate tax reporting, and prepares for PKP operations.

Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance & PKP Management

Handle full scope of Indonesian tax processes, including:

  • PPh21
  • PPh23
  • PPh25
  • PPh Final
  • PPN & PKP registration/compliance
  • e-Faktur creation, validation, and submission
  • Ensure timely monthly/annual tax reports to DJP.
  • Process transaction-level tax for suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
  • Liaise with tax authorities or consultants when required.
Finance & Accounting Support
  • Assist in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, year-end).
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and inventory or transaction records.
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accounting standards follow PSAK.
Internal Advisory & Documentation
  • Advise management on tax risks, regulatory changes, PKP obligations, and compliance strategies.
  • Improve/maintain documentation systems for finance and tax filings.
  • Ensure audit readiness and proper file retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in taxation, finance, accounting, or audit roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws & compliance (required).
  • Proven experience with PKP processes, PPN reporting, and e-Faktur systems.
  • Understanding of PSAK & financial reporting requirements.
  • Must be able to speak English (professional communication ability required).
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
  • High integrity, discipline, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, DJP Online, and tax management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
  • Able to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in distribution, trading, manufacturing, or e-commerce industries.
  • Exposure to audits or tax dispute handling.
  • Experience in preparing companies for PKP approval and post-PKP cycles.
