Job summary

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Talent Sourcer to help us identify and engage top talent across global markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, connecting with people, and building strong candidate pipelines. You’ll have the chance to work closely with the TA Manager, contribute fresh ideas, and play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines for priority roles.

Source candidates across multiple platforms using creative strategies: job boards, Boolean searches, social media, talent communities, referrals, and other non-traditional channels.

Conduct initial outreach and assess candidate interest and basic fit.

Provide clear and organized summaries of sourced candidates.

Keep candidate pipelines updated and well-structured in the ATS.

Stay aligned with the TA Manager on role requirements and continuously adjust sourcing approaches.

Identify new sourcing channels and propose new methods to increase reach.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in fast-paced or global environments.

Strong skills in research, Boolean search, and creative sourcing techniques.

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple pipelines efficiently.

Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

High attention to detail and disciplined approach to tracking candidates.

Experience sourcing for technical or multilingual roles is a plus.
