As a Talent Management Assistant Manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of Talent Management processes such as onboarding, talent development, and performance management all across Kredivo group. If you have experience in talent management and are passionate to grow further in the field, this is the position for you.

Job Description
  • Guide and advise managers on how to retain good performers and manage/ improve poor performers.
  • Create and analyze development plans to enable a successful and effective improvement/ development program.
  • Facilitate difficult conversations between managers and team members.
  • Execute established talent management and performance management processes according to guidelines and regulations.
  • Socialize, update, and explain about talent and performance related processes, policies, or programs to senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze data from surveys, feedback, and other sources to identify patterns and propose action items and improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management or performance management.
  • Experience in running/ developing employee development programs/ performance improvement initiatives.
  • Confident in communicating in English with peers and stakeholders.
