A leading Indonesian technology firm is seeking a qualified IT Manager to oversee operations and ensure the reliability of technology services. Candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity. Key responsibilities include managing IT operations, developing strategies for improvement, and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Strong communication skills and proficiency in both Indonesian and English are essential for success in this role.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
At least >10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Technology Services, with >5 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM), system integration, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
Proficient in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
Expertise in servers, storage, networks, databases, and cloud computing.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery planning.
Experience managing IBM products is an advantage.
Ability to manage IT service desk, incident management, and problem management.
Experience in vendor management, SLA monitoring, and budgeting for technology services.
Analytical thinking: sharp at identifying technical issues and finding effective solutions.
Leadership: capable of leading IT services teams and developing team competencies.
Communication & negotiation: effective in presenting ideas, reports, and negotiating with vendors/partners.
Adaptability: flexible in handling technological changes and evolving business needs.
