Your Role

As the Supply Chain Transformation Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:

• Develop & Implement Strategy: You will design and execute innovative supply chain strategies and roadmaps that help our partners meet their responsible sourcing goals. This involves analyzing supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and pathways for positive change.
• Lead Business Engagement: You will coordinate and lead engagement with selected businesses, primarily in the Indo-Pacific region. This includes presenting data-driven reports, co-designing solutions to address challenges, and following up on action plans to ensure progress.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Working with a global team, you will provide expert insights and technical support on everything from traceability to deforestation. You'll also help identify gaps in our current approaches and contribute to developing new, more effective solutions.
• Drive Impact Through Data: You will translate complex supply chain data into actionable intelligence. By developing baseline and quarterly reports, you'll provide the clear recommendations and insights needed to verify progress and drive transformative change.
• Contribute to a Global Network: You will actively participate in our global network of experts, sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices to advance our collective mission.

Your Profile

You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles within palm oil, other agricultural commodities, corporate sustainability, agriculture, or supplier engagement. With proven expertise in relationship management, you are skilled at engaging with buyers and suppliers to drive effective collaboration. Your solid understanding of procurement practices, processes, and responsible sourcing enables you to identify both challenges and opportunities for creating sustainable value across the supply chain. As a capable leader, you foster strong teamwork and guide initiatives with clarity and purpose. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools supports your ability to analyze data, manage processes, and deliver impactful results.

Working conditions:

• Fixed-term, 1 year contract
• Based in Jakarta, Indonesia with a high frequency of business trips
