An environmental organization based in Jakarta is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Manager. The role involves developing innovative supply chain strategies, engaging business partners, and translating data into actionable insights. Ideal candidates should have 8+ years in consulting or industry roles with strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of sustainable sourcing practices. This is a fixed-term contract with frequent business travel.

As the Supply Chain Transformation Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:
You have at least 8 years of relevant experience in consulting or industry roles within palm oil, other agricultural commodities, corporate sustainability, agriculture, or supplier engagement. With proven expertise in relationship management, you are skilled at engaging with buyers and suppliers to drive effective collaboration. Your solid understanding of procurement practices, processes, and responsible sourcing enables you to identify both challenges and opportunities for creating sustainable value across the supply chain. As a capable leader, you foster strong teamwork and guide initiatives with clarity and purpose. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools supports your ability to analyze data, manage processes, and deliver impactful results.
