Job summary

A leading logistics firm in Indonesia seeks an experienced Supply Chain Operations Manager. You will supervise the availability of stock, manage purchase orders, and ensure smooth operations of the Supply Chain Planning Team. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in supply chain logistics, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in English is required, and the position is based in Jakarta Utara.

Qualifications

  • Minimal 5 Years of Working Experiences in Supply Chain/Logistic Operations.
  • Preferably comes from FMCG or Retail Industry sector background.
  • Fluent in English, in written, reading, and orally.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the availability of stock of goods and manage the opening time of PO.
  • Analyze the amount of availability of goods needed.
  • Supervise daily operations of the Supply Chain Planning Team.
  • Ensure proper and timely execution of all tasks.
  • Oversee product storage, handling, and distribution.

Job description

Supervise the availability of stock of goods and manage the opening time of PO (Purchase Order)

Analyze the amount of availability of goods needed so that the turnover of goods runs smoothly

Supervise daily operations of the Supply Chain Planning Team

and Ensure proper and timely execution of all the corresponding tasks

Oversee product storage, handling and distribution

Control Delivery processes

Develop effective communication and processes with logistic vendors or third parties

Contribute to the development of established supply policy and procedures

Prepare reports and communicate inventory measurements to Management

Develop and Monitor distribution requirements plans, initiate priorities based on Customer needs

Work closely with Marketing Team, Sales Team, Team Warehouse and Logistic to identify proactive inventory adjustment in support of both sales and operational targets

Maintain Documentations and operating system procedures for demand/supply planning process and related system

Audit supply companies

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance/Accounting or relevant fields
  • Minimal 5 Years of Working Experiences in Supply Chain/Logistic Operations
  • Preferably comes from FMCG or Retail Industry sector background
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
