Our client is an Japanese Automotive Parts Company. Currently, they are looking for Supply Chain Manager.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Make decisions and conduct negotiations within the authority granted by the company, and take full responsibility for the outcomes.
  • Gather and utilize necessary information while maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all divisional operational activities.
  • Continuously identify Kaizen points and implement effective countermeasures.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s strategy, support the formulation of divisional strategy and long‑term vision, and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.
  • Promote people development by transferring knowledge to junior staff and subordinates, supporting the growth and sustainability of the company.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Business level English.
  • Min. 5 years of experience as Supply Chain Manager, Logistics Manager, Procurement Manager, Import & Export Manager in Automotive Parts Trading / Manufacturing / OEM company.
  • Strong understanding of management and operational control.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budget management, profit and loss management, balance sheet control, forex management, and risk analysis.
  • Familiarity with regulations, including customs regulations in Indonesia.
  • Proficient in the PDCA cycle.
  • Strong management and employee development skills.
