Supply Chain Finance Manager (Data Analytics)

In this position, you will support the BG Asia Supply Chain Leadership Team to implement the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy in Asia through various key projects in manufacturing, planning, logistics, and finance. Your primary responsibility is providing data‑driven insights across these domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance management and analysis: drive standardization in performance reporting, supported by BI and data analytics to create best‑in‑class insights and provide a solid overview of current finance performance and expected outlook. Perform deep dives to further understand performance drivers.
  • Support supply chain strategy and change agenda: manage changes/transformations as a consequence of global/regional network optimisations, including preparation of business cases in collaboration with the strategy and partnerships team.
  • Driver Performance+ agenda: support achievement of Performance+ targets in all workstreams by actively governing the process, monitoring progress of initiatives and providing strong support to OpCos in various aspects including technical help in Shibumi, validation of savings, and main BG support in the DTV sub‑workstream.
  • Standardization and centralization of processes: support the Cluster Finance Controller in transforming the business by driving further alignment and harmonization of Finance processes and ways of working in supply chain. Support the ESSA‑T project to free up OpCo controllers’ time for business partnering (e.g., standardise processes, improve insights, simplify reporting).
Qualifications
  • 12–15 years work experience in Finance/Supply Chain discipline
  • Knowledge of supply chain and business processes
  • Full understanding of financial KPIs, IAR calculations
  • Project management skills (results oriented, keeps the overview and respects timelines)
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across different functions/disciplines
