Job description

Manage TikTok Shop & Shopee Indonesia ERP operations, ensuring accurate order, inventory, and logistics synchronization.

Build, maintain, and optimize ERP workflows, including inventory syncing, oversell prevention, and automation settings.

Coordinate with Indonesia local warehouses (Jakarta/Tangerang) for inbound, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Plan replenishment based on sales forecast and inventory turnover to prevent stockout or overstock.

Track platform order status, shipping progress, and after-sales issues; communicate with warehouse and operations teams for resolution.

Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reports (sales, inventory, order performance).

Collaborate with operations, warehouse, logistics, and supply‑chain teams for smooth workflow.

Monitor Indonesia's local logistics services and warehouse policies to support stable operations.

Requirements

Must‑Have

• 3+ years of ERP / warehouse/supply chain experience in e-commerce.
• Proficient in Jubelio, BigSeller, and Qerp (at least two systems).
• Familiar with TikTok Shop & Shopee Indonesia operational processes.
• Experience working with Indonesian warehouses, understanding pick-pack-ship workflow.
• High ownership, problem‑solving ability, and execution capability.

Preferred

• Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce companies or local fulfillment centers.
• English + Bahasa Indonesia + basic Chinese is a plus.
• Familiar with Indonesian logistics providers (J&T, JNE, SiCepat, etc.).
• Experience in workflow creation or optimization.
