Job description
Supervisor Consultant (Business Advisory)

As a Supervisor Consultant, you will lead a small team and oversee the execution of consulting engagements. You will be responsible for evaluating internal controls, analyzing financial data, supporting regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable insights to clients.

Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate a team of 2–3 consultants to ensure timely and effective completion of client deliverables

Engagement Preparation: Prepare documentation and materials required for initial client engagement, including proposals, engagement letters, and client onboarding checklists

Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret client financial statements to identify risks, discrepancies, or improvement areas. Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.

Regulatory Compliance: Assist clients in complying with financial reporting standards and regulations related to bookkeeping and financial disclosures.

Client Training: Facilitate risk management workshops and training sessions to improve client understanding of internal controls, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.

Reporting & Recommendations: Prepare comprehensive reports and provide practical, tailored recommendations for clients’ senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university with a minimum GPA 3.00 (out of 4.00);
  • Have 3 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field (Public Accounting Firm or Internal Auditor);
  • Strong knowledge and good understanding in Indo GAAP (PSAK) and IFRS;
  • PSAK certification is preferred;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Good in Business Process (Standard Operating Procedure);
  • Have a good conceptual thinking, problem solving skill and quality focus;
  • Have a professional integrity and good character;
  • Able to work in multi-tasking and challenging environment;
  • Should be energetic, proactive, highly motivated and able to work in a team or individually;
  • Fluent in English both oral and written.
