About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor Accounting to join our growing team at PT. SURYA CIPTA NIAGATAMA',. As a Supervisor Accounting, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of the accounting team, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of accounts, and the maintenance of accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations.
• Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to help inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring the timely submission of financial reports.
• Mentor and develop the skills of the accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
