Job description

Strategic Planning & Corporate Finance (Placement Alam Sutera)

Support corporate strategy development, including long-term business plans, growth initiatives, and market expansion strategies

Prepare and analyze financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic and investment decisions

Conduct business performance analysis, variance analysis, and KPI tracking

Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and capital allocation decisions

Perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc.)

Capital budgeting, financial projection / modelling, and feasibility studies

Develop management presentations and reports for senior leadership and board-level discussions

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (minimum GPA > 3.0)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or FP&A

Experience in financial modeling, valuation, and business analysis is essential

Exposure to M&A, capital markets, or corporate strategy projects is preferred

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills

Solid understanding of corporate finance principles, accounting, and financial statements

Don’t mind overtime when needed

Strong presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools

Ability to work under pressure/tight deadline and manage multiple projects simultaneously
