Job description

Understand and able to lead, supervise, direct, and evaluate the performance of team members.

Executing all operations and services with respect to organizational SOP's and standards.

Able to open and close the restaurant and run all aspects of the daily operations in the service division.

Responsible for studying and tracking sales, controlling cost of goods, labor costs as well as other restaurant expenses.

Striving for Excellence in achieving and maintaining the standards of quality, as well as being innovative for significant growth of the business and brand.

Job Qualification
  • Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent is a must.
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience as team leader/manager in F&B industry (restaurant, casual dining, fast food).
  • Should be highly motivated and self-driven with strong analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Strong leadership, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker and target oriented.
  • Customer oriented with hands‑on retail or restaurant operations exposure; ability to understand financial reports.
  • Willing to be relocated to other outlets.
  • Well‑groomed and presentable.
