Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Batulicin, South Kalimantan. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure store goals are achieved, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, implementing retail strategies, supervising merchandising activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. The Store Manager will also work to optimize operational efficiency and minimize loss while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure efficient operations and minimize losses
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to maintain a positive shopping experience
• Strong Communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers
