Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all store operations run smoothly and in compliance with SOPs
• Manage staff scheduling and monitor attendance
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for staff
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Manage inventory and conduct regular stock checks

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK)
• Experience as a Store Leader / Supervisor in beauty, F&B, retail, or hospitality
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Communicative, assertive, and customer-service oriented
