Job summary

A pioneering cosmetics platform in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage inventory and logistics. The candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, conduct stock counts, and provide reports on stock data. A Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably engineering, and 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations are required. Job description

Receive and check incoming goods compared to purchase orders (OMS).

Update inventory records accurately.

Conduct regular stock counts.

Identify and report stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

Assist with stock replenishment.

Coordinate with store manager and sales teams for stock movements.

Provide reports on stock and inventory data on a regular basis.

Make monthly forecasts and perform forecast evaluations.

Analyze the causes of stock discrepancies and develop appropriate solutions.

Maintain safety in storage areas.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree majoring in any major, especially engineering.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in daily warehouse and logistics operations in health, beauty, FMCG, or other related industries.

Proficient in standard Warehouse Software (WMS and ERP system), OMS, PDT and Excel.

Good with numbers & orientation to detail.

Proactive and effective communicator in both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia, English is a plus.
