Staff & Duty Travel Expert - Bali, Indonesia

The Staff and Duty Travel Executive will play an essential role in managing and coordinating official and personal travel for Discova Employees and will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional travel support across global destinations. The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, meticulous professional who takes a keen interest in ensuring that every trip – whether self-funded or company-sponsored – is smooth, cost-effective, and aligned with our travel policies.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and book international and domestic travel for employees on official business, including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visas.
  • Ensure all duty travel complies with company policies and budget guidelines.
  • Provide real-time support to travellers pre-trip and during duty trips, handling changes, disruptions, and emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of duty travel bookings, documentation, and expense reports.
  • Monitor global travel advisories and communicate relevant safety updates.
  • Assist employees in booking personal travel (at employee’s expense) using corporate-negotiated rates and preferred vendors.
  • Ensure staff travel bookings follow internal guidelines for access to negotiated benefits.
  • Liaise with travel vendors to secure competitive rates and support for personal travel arrangements.
  • Provide guidance on travel options, visa requirements, and documentation for personal trips.
  • Ensure all details of itineraries have been entered into the system correctly, and reconfirm every aspect of the booking before passing on documents to partners and information to the fulfillment team.
About You
  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or travel agency operations.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and GDS platforms (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre).
  • Familiarity with international travel regulations and visa processes.
  • Flexibility to support travelers across time zones and respond to urgent needs.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Multilingual skills (English required; other languages a plus).
