Description:
- Be a main contributor to the Head of Branch on Business Strategic Development and volume sales in the area.
- Collaborate with Distribution Partners to develop existing clusters with targeted growth reloads.
- Monitor and ensure the availability & visibility of Indosat products in the cluster, including monitoring card distribution to all distributors/outlets.
- Advocate all sales channels related to Indosat promotions & products.
- Strengthen retail penetration by opening new outlets and engaging outlets with Indosat promotions or products as their main sales focus.
- Educate distributor teams to comply with KPIs through training, coaching, & counseling.
- Guide and direct distributors to execute activities in the cluster, including brand activities, sales events, community programs, and bundling initiatives.
- Monitor network availability and escalate issues to the Head of Branch and Region Sales Assurance team as needed.
- Compile daily reports and send them to the Head of Branch and relevant regional functions.
- Coordinate with Rural GTM Executives regarding marketing promotions and branding in the cluster.
- Execute assigned tasks and achieve functional goals set by managers.
- Provide ongoing input for business process and system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Experience in telecommunications or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Demonstrated leadership in recent projects involving cross-functional efforts.
- Good understanding of business operations and flexibility to work in different roles within the group.
- Valid driving license (Sim A & C) is mandatory.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta Raya.
Skills:
- Sales: Analyze market sales, cluster territories, and understand points of income.
- Marketing: Promote and push local and national programs to market.
- Understand distributor KPIs and how to achieve them by providing initiatives and guidance to distributors.
