Sr. Training Executive (Multi Brand Store)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Training Executive to elevate the skills and performance of our Beauty Advisors and Counter/Boutique Managers across multiple brands. This role combines training expertise, public speaking, and customer engagement to ensure exceptional service standards and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • A. Coaching & Development
    • Organize, deliver, and facilitate training programs on skincare product knowledge, makeup techniques, customer service, and sales strategies to enhance team performance.
    • Develop and implement innovative training techniques for maximum impact.
    • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new hires.
    • Monitor performance progress and provide follow‑up coaching.
  • B. Public Events
    • Act as a public speaker for consumer workshops and media events.
    • Present brand and product knowledge during promotional activities and new product launches.
  • C. Customer Relations
    • Handle customer inquiries and escalated cases professionally.
    • Manage overall CRM programs to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • D. Training Management
    • Plan and implement annual training programs for Beauty Advisors, including product training and development courses.
    • Analyze and evaluate training effectiveness; update materials regularly.
    • Design and develop training programs based on brand and individual needs.
    • Provide timely reports and insights on training trends and performance.
  • E. Customer Management
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and complaints.
    • Conduct regular customer surveys and feedback analysis to improve service standards.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, preferably in beauty or retail industry.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to design engaging training programs and evaluate effectiveness.
