Sr. Staff IT Network & Support - Manufacture - Karawang (B-125612)

Our client is a Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Sr. Staff IT Network & Support.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime across all branches.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi) and perform corrective actions.
• Assist in the configuration, monitoring, and backup of servers (Windows Server, NAS, ADFS, SAP systems).
• Manage and monitor antivirus/EDR solutions (e.g., Kaspersky, Cyberison).
• Perform troubleshooting, installation, and setup for laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure standard company software and specialized applications.
• Prepare IT-related documents such as FPP forms, IT recommendations, and budget planning.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, inventories, and maintenance logs.
• Handle monthly invoice approvals for internet, telecommunication, and IT services.
• Conduct network security checks and ensure compliance with IT policies.
• Monitor CCTV, PA system, alarm system, UPS, and related IT infrastructure.
• Support IT projects including system upgrades, rollouts, and new implementations.
• Collaborate with internal users, vendors, and procurement teams on IT needs.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related fields.
• Business level of English.
• Have 3-4 years of experience as IT Network for multiple offices across ASEAN countries.
• Have Cisco certified Network Associate and Cisco Network Professional (Still Active).
• Proficient in hardware & software troubleshooting for PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners and knowledge in server administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, NAS).
• Experience with EDR solutions, CCTV, Wi‑Fi systems, and UPS monitoring is an advantage.
