Job Description:

  • Translate business objectives fromStaffinc's business entities into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, brand activations) with measurable ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (HQL, CMP, brand recall/awareness).
  • Provide strategic guidance to junior strategists and coordinate cross-department marketing projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing strategist experience in a marketing agency or equivalent
  • Great command of implementing marketing in digital ecosystems, from organic to paid platforms
  • Experience in B2B and commercial B2B is a plus
  • Strong analytical background with a creative mindset
