About the role

As the Laptop Channel Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Infinix's laptop product line in the Indonesian market. This full-time position is based in Jawa Barat and will see you managing key sales channels, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and develop laptop sales channels (distributors, retail, modern trade, B2B, and online)
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with partners/channels
  • Analyze sales performance (sell‑in & sell‑out) across all channels
  • Manage promotion programs, bundling, and channel activations
  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Prepare sales reports and channel performance evaluations on a regular basis
  • Monitor market pricing and competitor activities
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in channel sales laptop
  • Strong understanding of laptop distribution flow and sales channels
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
  • Target‑driven and able to work under pressure
