Responsibilities

• Manage AR by creating approximately 350 invoices and tax invoices for all customers on a monthly basis.
• Communicate with customers and ensure timely follow-up on invoice payments.
• Clearing outstanding AR in the SAP system upon receipt of customer payment.
• Coordinate sales report submission with brand team and various departments.
• Maintain and update customer database consistently.
• Maintain accurate records by reconciling all invoices created with SAP system.
• Manage AP by accurately inputting Innisfree & Mise En Scene brand expenses and generating detailed AP reports.
• Input, maintain and settle cash advance for employees.
• Input asset and new vendor into SAP system.
• Prepare relevant data for audit purposes.
• Analyze monthly P&L for any changes in revenue and expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred
• Have minimal 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
• Detailed-oriented and self-driven
• Familiar with Accounting Program (e.g: SAP)
• Proficient in Excel
• Excellent communication and proficient in establishing working relationship with all department
