• HSK Level 4 certification or higher in Mandarin is preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.

About the role

As a Specialist, Improvement MBOS (Mandarin) at ASIA PULP AND PAPER', you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the company's production facilities in Karawang, Jawa Barat. This full‑time role is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in manufacturing improvement to enhance managerial efficiency and productivity.

What you'll be doing

• Provide interpretation and translation support (Mandarin–Bahasa Indonesia/English), both verbal and written, for the Mill Head.
• Perform tasks as part of the MBOS (Management By Olympic System) Team and analyse company performance data.
• Support Management/Divisions in developing strategies to achieve EBITDA targets.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using MBOS tools to enhance operational performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
• Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing Mandarin; HSK Level 4 certification or higher is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.
