Overview

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Oil & Gas Manufacturer Company for the role of Sourcing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing Leadership & Strategy: Lead and coordinate the sourcing organization across regions, countries, and plants, aligning governance and objectives with business needs. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure sourcing practices account for local and regional specifics. Promote sourcing as a strategic business partner while ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Team & Performance Management: Recruit, develop, and assess sourcing talent while overseeing team performance and training. Define and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with regional leaders, focusing on value creation, cost savings, and performance tracking through relevant KPIs.
  • Process & Strategy Execution: Identify and manage sourcing projects, from needs assessment to RFx execution. Drive innovation, streamline sourcing processes, and optimize tools and systems. Support make/buy decisions, budget planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supplier & Compliance Oversight: Manage contracts, supplier categorization, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with CSR, ISO/API certifications, and sustainability standards. Support supplier audits, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
  • Procurement Governance: Ensure adherence to sourcing policies, procurement rules, and corporate guidelines across all operations.
Job Requirements
  • Uni Bachelor
  • Graduate in Business, Project Management or Mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • 6-8 years sourcing experience
  • Ideally have experience in O&G industry
  • Wished CIPS certificate
  • General skills
