What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer traffic.
• Create high-quality, visually compelling content (photos, videos, reels, and graphics) for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align content with promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights to optimise future content.
• Design marketing materials for both online and offline needs (social media posts, menus, flyers, promotional banners, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and printed assets.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist and/or Graphic Designer, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong creative and design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of digital marketing trends, especially in the Tangerang–Jakarta culinary market.
• Basic photography & videography skills for content creation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for food, design, and storytelling through visuals.
