Job Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Coordination
- Execute monthly social media content plans based on brand direction and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth content production and posting schedules.
- Ensure all content follows brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Content Management & Publishing
- Upload and schedule posts (feed, stories, reels, TikTok, etc.) according to the content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and ensure all content is optimized for each platform. Support content shoots when needed.
- Community Management
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with a friendly, consistent brand voice.
- Engage with followers, guests, and partner accounts to strengthen brand presence.
- Identify loyal followers or user-generated content for potential reposts.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track basic post performance (reach, engagement, growth) and share weekly or monthly recaps.
- Support the marketing team with insights or feedback from followers and the community.
- Collaboration Support
- Work closely with the Community Engagement & KOL team for campaign postings and content coordination.
- Support event coverage and live posting during special campaigns, collaborations, or activations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between photographers, videographers, and designers for timely content delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Communication, Marketing, Media, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media execution: posting, scheduling, caption writing, and content organization.
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
- Experience working with creative teams (photo/video/design) and understanding basic content production needs.
- Skilled in community management: replying to comments/DMs, engaging with audiences, and maintaining positive brand presence.
- Familiar with basic analytics (reach, engagement, insights) and able to prepare simple weekly/monthly reports.
- Strong communication skills, detail‑oriented, and highly organized in managing content calendars and posting timelines.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced hospitality or lifestyle environment (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of event coverage or live posting is a plus.
- Comfortable coordinating across departments (marketing, KOL, creative) to ensure smooth execution.
