cmlabs is a brand under PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL, specializes in the SEO field, and was established in 2019. cmlabs is positioned as a Software as a Service (SaaS) company with offices in Jakarta and Malang. The company helps businesses increase their online visibility through SEO consulting, content writing, content marketing, and by offering products such as SERPs Trackers and free SEO tools for webmasters and writers. cmlabs aims to expand its product portfolio and reach global markets to serve enterprise-level SEO activities.
Qualifications
- A creative mind capable of generating innovative and impactful marketing ideas
- Passionate and understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their best practices for engaging content
- Has the capability to shoot, take pictures, and edit (at least using TikTok tools, VN, CapCut)
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure campaign performance and make data‑driven recommendations
- Having a background in Social Media or Creative Agency
- Malang‑based is a must.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Creative Director to identify social content opportunities that drive brand awareness and communication
- Research, scriptwriting, and produce engaging video content
- Provide competitive insights and conduct social media content planning on a weekly basis
- Improve the social media experience, create engaged audiences, and facilitate organic growth
- Write creative and compelling social media copywriting that captures our brand's voice and tone
