Responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing new locations to support The Harvest’s expansion strategy. This role ensures that every selected site meets commercial standards, aligns with brand requirements, and contributes to the company’s long-term growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Property, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site acquisition, property development, or retail expansion (preferably in F&B, retail chain, or minimarket industry).
• Strong network with property owners, brokers, and developers.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability with understanding of traffic flow, demographics, and market insights.
• Knowledge of retail operation permits and building requirements is a plus.
• High mobility and willingness to travel.
• Strong integrity, result-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
